I decided to take on the task on making tamales. I have always wanted to learn so I set out and watched about four different youtube videos..of course they all did it differently. I took something from every video and started. I pleasantly surprised myself..because they turned out delicious! Mike was so giddy cause he never gets homemade ones. I'm going to have to make them more in the future.
